Adam Cubbage

Adam Cubbage is the Head of New York for DGA Group and a member of the Global Executive Committee. Among other things, he is responsible for client service and hiring in the region, and part of a team that leads strategic and growth initiatives of the firm.

Mr. Cubbage specializes in counseling management teams facing multifaceted business and legal challenges, designing and executing communications and engagement programs to navigate cross-border transactions, shareholder activism, board and management changes, global crises, complex litigation, sensitive investigations, regulatory matters, and other special situations.

Prior to joining DGA, Mr. Cubbage was a Managing Director in a Chambers and Partners ranked special situations team at a global advisory firm in both New York and London. He began his career practicing law, most recently as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling.
