DGA Announces 2024 Senior-Level Promotions

April 4, 2024 – DGA, an elite multidisciplinary advisory firm, today announced the promotion of five exceptional individuals to Partner and our newly-elevated Chief Talent Officer.

The senior-level promotions across DGA, including Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG), are:

Xiaoqing Boynton has been promoted to Partner in DGA-ASG’s China practice. She brings nearly 20 years of experience working on U.S.-China issues to help clients navigate commercial and policy issues regarding the Chinese market, specializing in market entry and expansion, risk management, and government relations. She is based in Washington, D.C.

Adam Davidson has been promoted to Partner in the firm’s Complex Communications practice. He has extensive experience in the technology, media and telecoms sectors, and focuses on supporting startups, scale-ups, and multinational enterprises on all aspects of corporate reputation as they navigate complex periods of change. He is based in London.

Andrés García has been promoted to Partner in the firm’s Latin American & Caribbean practice. He works alongside C-suite and legal counsel on cross-border engagements across the Americas, coordinating crises and dispute management programs in several geographies and languages. He is based in Washington, D.C.

Jan Kamphuisen has been promoted to Partner in DGA-ASG’s Middle East & Northern Africa (MENA) practice. He advises clients across the MENA region on government relations and geopolitics, and supports government organizations with their public policy needs. He is based in Dubai.

Lauren Ronayne has been promoted to Chief Talent Officer. Formerly Global Head of Human Resources, she now joins the firm’s Executive Committee and continues to oversee global human resources and compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, immigration, benefits administration, performance management, training and professional development, and employee transitions. She is based in Boston.

Paul Triolo has been promoted to Partner in DGA-ASG’s Technology Policy and China practices. He advises clients in technology, financial services, and other sectors as they navigate complex political and regulatory matters in China and around the world. He is based in Washington, D.C.
