Susan Feilding is Chief Financial Officer at DGA Group and is based in London.

Ms. Feilding has spent her career enabling top-tier professional services firms achieve stand-out performance and resilience through sustainable growth. Prior to DGA Group, she was Chief Financial Officer – Europe and Asia Pacific for LEK Consulting. She began her career with EY.

Ms. Feilding has an impressive track record of driving profitability, implementing transformation programmes, building high-performance teams, overseeing systems migrations and leading process improvement. Her experience spans Australia, Asia, Europe and Canada.

Ms. Feilding is a 25-year member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, and a past recipient of the Chief Executive Women INSEAD Scholarship in recognition of outstanding leadership potential.

Ms. Feilding holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, and graduated summa cum laude with an Executive M.B.A from the University of New South Wales.
