Aaron Taylor is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in Washington, DC. As a senior member of the U.S. Government Relations practice, he advises companies, executives, on navigating the evolving trade and tax landscape including the USMCA renewal.

With over 16 years of experience in policy advocacy and four in private equity, Mr. Taylor helps clients anticipate legislative and regulatory shifts, develop engagement strategies, and effectively advocate before policymakers.

He began his career on the Senate Finance Committee, working for Senator Orrin Hatch, where he organized more than 30 hearings on tax reform and the importance of a globally competitive corporate tax rate. He has since built strong relationships with key staff on the Senate Finance and House Ways and Means Committees, where all trade and tax legislation originates.

Mr. Taylor most recently served as Vice President of Tax and Trade at the Global Business Alliance, representing nearly 200 international companies before Congress.  He testified and has written comments to USTR on behalf of his clients.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a B.A. from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. He lives in Virginia with his wife and three children.
