DGA Group Welcomes Dr. Ming Tan as a Senior Advisor
Singapore – July 2, 2026 – DGA Group, an expert-led advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Ming Tan as a Senior Advisor based in Singapore, expanding the firm’s capabilities in Asia and deepening its expertise in emerging technology policy, governance, and innovation.
Dr. Ming Tan is a recognized leader in technology governance, innovation policy, and philanthropy. She was the Founding Executive Director of the Tech for Good Institute, Southeast Asia’s first technology policy think tank, where she has helped shape dialogue on responsible technology, digital inclusion, and the role of innovation in driving inclusive growth. She currently holds Senior Fellow roles at the Institute and the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at the National University of Singapore Business School and is Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Previously, Dr. Tan served as Managing Director of IPOS International, where she led a 100-person organization delivering innovation, intellectual property, and patent analytics capabilities across Southeast Asia. Earlier in her career, she spent 16 years with the COMO Group, where she established the COMO Foundation to support women and girls across 22 countries, led sustainability initiatives, and advised on acquisitions, brand integration, and strategic development.
