DGA Group Strengthens Social Impact Offering with the Appointments of Senior Advisors Dr. Tashni-Ann Dubroy, Pilar Frank O’Leary, and Dr. Wendell Prichett
Washington, D.C. — September 29, 2025 — DGA Group, an expert-led advisory firm, today announced the appointments of three new Senior Advisors: Dr. Tashni-Ann Dubroy and Pilar Frank O’Leary, based in Washington, D.C., and Dr. Wendell Pritchett, based in Philadelphia. These appointments strengthen the firm’s Social Impact offering, enhancing its ability to support mission-driven organizations in driving change across business, policy, and society.
Dr. Tashni-Ann Dubroy is a recognized leader in higher education and business operations. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Howard University, she led institutional strategy and oversaw core operations across the university. Previously, as President of Shaw University, she reversed years of enrollment decline, achieved record fundraising, and elevated the institution as a civic and entrepreneurial partner. Her record of strengthening institutions and expanding access has earned national recognition, including Female President of the Year by HBCU Digest, CEO of the Year in the Triangle region, and inclusion on the Triangle Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list.
Pilar Frank O’Leary brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across business, law, and the nonprofit sector. She has recently advised leading global companies, philanthropic institutions, and international organizations on sustainability and partnership strategies, including Meta, the Inter-American Development Bank, CAF Development Bank, the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Earlier in her career, she held roles with Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Fannie Mae across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Her contributions to international partnerships and social impact have been recognized with the Order of San Felipe Arcángel from the Colombian government and a knighthood by Italy’s Parte Guelfa order for her work in sustainability.
Dr. Wendell Pritchett is a nationally respected leader in higher education, urban policy, and public service. He most recently served as Interim President of the University of Pennsylvania and previously as Provost, overseeing the university’s academic and research enterprise. Earlier roles include Chancellor of Rutgers University–Camden and Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Policy for Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter. He also chaired the Urban Policy Task Force for then-Senator Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and has held leadership positions with Community Legal Services of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation.
