Dan Rosenthal, President, Americas
Dan K. Rosenthal advises global companies, investors, and philanthropies on navigating complex U.S. and international markets. A former White House Assistant to the President and technology company executive, he brings deep expertise at the intersection of business, policy, and global strategy, helping clients manage geopolitical risk, develop new partnerships, and advance strategic priorities.
Ryan Toohey, Managing Partner, Americas
Ryan Toohey is a strategic communications and crisis management advisor with more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through high-stakes challenges. He has led engagements involving complex regulatory and enforcement matters, and specializes in crisis and special situations where legal, reputational, and policy risks converge.
Grégoire Poisson, President, Europe
Grégoire Poisson is a seasoned public affairs and stakeholder engagement expert with more than 25 years of experience advising companies on EU institutional engagement, geopolitical developments, and complex policy environments. He helps clients shape narratives, build influential partnerships, and secure long-term strategic advantage.
Katherine Morgan, Managing Partner, Europe

Sarah Al-Shawwaf, President, Middle East & Africa
Sarah Al-Shawwaf is a government relations and public policy expert with more than 15 years of experience across the U.S. and the Middle East, where she advises clients on complex regulatory and geopolitical dynamics shaping the region. Born and raised in Saudi Arabia and educated in the U.S., she was previously a corporate lawyer and former legal counsel for MENA countries at the World Bank.
Ted Dean, President, Asia
Ted Dean is a former Principal Advisor on international affairs to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, where he helped shape Commerce Department engagement in Asia and around the world. He previously led global public policy at Dropbox and spent 16 years based in China running an advisory firm that supported clients in China and India, while serving as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in China.
Together with DGA’s corporate leadership team, the regional leaders comprise the firm’s Operating Committee, driving firmwide priorities and coordination. In that role, and in close collaboration with DGA’s office, sector, and service line leaders, the regional leaders will help ensure clients benefit from integrated, cross-border advice that enables them to anticipate and shape complex, fast-moving issues and opportunities.
